Hi guys!! Welcome back to another blog post. Today we are making super easy pancakes and I hope this inspires you too try it too. Enjoy my posts and the pictures!! Step 1: Crack one egg into your mixing bowl Step 2: Beat the egg with a fork Step 3: Add a little bit of milk and mix in Step 4: Then add your pancake mix. You can use whatever mix you like. I used a Kodiac flapjack mix from Costco which is super healthy and delish! Step 5: Add milk and pancake mix as needed Step 6: Add other things such as chocolate chips and walnuts. I added chia powder which is super healthy and doesn't change the taste of the pancake. I also added a mushed ripe banana which made the pancake more sweeter and healthier Step 6: Butter your pan Step 7: Pour some batter in the middle of your pan Step 8: Flip the pancake when you see bubbles forming on the pancake (I drew red arrows pointing toward some of the bubbles!) Hi guys! Today I will be sharing with you guys a recipe for a super simple dessert called cheesecake towers. Cheesecake towers are layered with a cookie crumble base, a creamy middle and a fruity topping! It's very healthy and refreshing for a hot summer day!! Here are all my ingredients! Step 1: Scoop out some cream cheese  sorry the picture quality is kinda bad 😓 Step 2: Add some maple syrup and vanilla extract Step 3: Mix together until smooth and creamy (this may take a while, so mix mix mix) and then set aside Step 4: Chop up 4-5 dates Step 5: Chop up a small handful of walnuts and pecans Step 6: Mix together the dates and walnuts Step 7: Place the crumble layer (dates/walnuts) in the bottom of a tall thin glass Step 8: Then put your cream cheese mixture. Make sure it dosent touch the sides for a cleaner finish Step 9: Slice ripe strawberries into tiny bite size pieces. You can use any other summery fruit such as peaches and mangoes. Hi guys, welcome back. Today I will be sharing a super easy recipe for chicken tacos. First spread Mexican triple shredded cheese blend (or whatever cheese you like ) and pesto on the soft taco shell and toast in toaster oven until melted and smooth. Place thinly shredded broccoli and carrots (they kind of look like sprouts) in the middle of the taco. You can put whatever type of salad you like. Then put sliced avocado After that you put salsa of your choice on the top. I put mango-peach salsa because its so tropical and summery!! Then layer pieces of grilled chicken  And then top it off with some taco seasoning This is the vegetarian option above And there we have it, my super easy recipe for tacos and I hope this inspires you to make your own!! A few days ago was my dad's birthday and I baked a cake for him and made him and extra special birthday card!! Here is the artwork that is featured in the card. I hope you enjoy as always! Hi guys welcome back to my blog. Yesterday I grilled in my backyard, this is one of my favorite summer time activities!! Be prepared for lots of pictures!! Before grilling: Clean the grill and turn on the gas! #1 Corn on the cob- first I washed them and then I put them on the grill. Make sure you turn the corn when you hear a crackle-popping noise. #2 Roasted asparagus- First chop of the hard ends and then coat them with a layer of vegetable oil, Himalayan pink sea salt and ground black pepper. Make sure to keep an eye on them as Asparagus does not take that long to grill. #3 Grilled tofu: First cut the tofu into cubes Then marinate them (this is my favorite part!!) Then let sit until its time to grill them Grilling time. Make sure not to over grill them or else they will stick to the grill #4 Salmon- Marinate the salmon on both sides and let sit until time to grill. then put a piece of foil on the grill and then transfer fish onto it.
