Learn to draw flowers (super easy drawing tutorial!!)
Hey guys, welcome back!! As some of you know, I like to draw, and one of the first things I learned is how to draw simple flowers. Today I will be passing my knowledge onto you guys, my awesome readers!! Some of you guys may already know how to do this, as it is super easy. I have included pictures for each step. Below is a picture of all three flowers with color! A few tips before you get started, read the entire step before you do it and keep an eraser on hand. (Art Supplies tutorial and recommendations blog post coming soon!)

The first flower that is my favorite because it is extremely easy to learn is the tulip! All you need to know for this one is to draw the letters 'U' and 'V.'
Step 1: Draw a 'U'
Step 2: Draw a 'V' connecting the ends of the letter 'U' from Step 1
Step 3: Draw an upside down 'V' in the middle of the first 'V' The second 'V' should be smaller than the first one
Step 4: Add color! (if you want)
Pictures below to accompany the steps above.

The second flower is a classical daisy which is fun to draw because you can play around with the colors.
Step 1: Draw a small circle as your center of the daisy
Step 2: Next you will draw guidelines for your petals. (This step is a bit difficult to describe in words, so it is important to look at the pictures.) Draw line through the circle as if you were slicing a pie, make sure the line extend as long as you want your petals to be. Make sure to draw these lines very lightly because you will need to erase them later.
Step 3: Petals time!! draw elongated ovals around your guidelines. The guidelines are there to make sure your petals are even and spaced well.
Step 4: Erase your guidelines. Add color! (if you want)
Pictures below to accompany the steps above.

Last but not least, we have the traditional rose. Roses don't have to be red, they can pink, yellow, white or a combo of them.
Step 1: Draw an oval
Step 2: Draw an U connected the edges of the oval.
Step 3: Draw a swirl in the oval. This represents the rose's many interlocking petals
Step 4: Add leaves to the bottom, this is optional. Also leaves drawing tutorial coming soon. Also you can add color if you want
Pictures below to accompany the steps above.

Phew! This post took me a solid 45 minutes to write! Thank you so much for reading, I hope that you can try out one of these super easy tutorials. If you have any questions, please post it down below as a comment and I will try to answer it as soon as possible.
