The benefits of walking!
Hi guys, welcome back!! If you didn't read my introduction blog make sure to check it out. Anyway, today I went on a walk in my neighborhood with my dad at 9:30 am. Walking is one of my favorite forms of exercise, as it is so easy and fun. There are many benefits from walking such as improvement of the skeletal and respiratory (bone, hearth/ lungs) systems.
Improving your health is very beneficial but I also find that walking improves your mood. If you find yourself bored, get up and go on a walk!! Just 15 minutes of walking every day can greatly improve your daily lifestyle. Remember to practice social distancing and stay 6 feet apart.
