Super healthy green smoothie (only 3 ingredients!!)

Hi guys!! Welcome back. Today's post features my recipie for a super healthy and simple power greens smoothie!! I developed this smoothie for my dad, entirely by myself, so it's extremely healthy but not so sweet. Below the recipe I have included ways to up the sweetness level. but this will bring the healthy level. So I have also included my favorite healthy sweetener.
 
Here's the recipe:
Step 1: Add your frozen fruit. I like frozen mango. (I got the jumbo pack from Costco) I suggest adding fruits that are orange, yellow or green in color so that it wont change the color of the green smoothie.
Step 2: Add your power greens. I like to use the power green mix from Costco which includes, spinach, baby chard and kale.
Step 3: Add your liquid. I like to use unsweetened vanilla almond milk. (From you probably guessed it, Costco.) You can also use other kinds of milk, juice or water.
Step 4: Blend until smooth and creamy!
Step 5: Pour and serve!! Best if served chilled.
Other things you can add:
If you are using fresh fruit, I suggest that you add ice so your smoothie will be thicker and colder
Add a banana, it makes the smoothie sweeter and thicker and is still healthy. 
Other sweeteners you can add:
Maple Syrup
Honey
Vanilla Extract
